Essential Equipment: Functional torchlights, extra spark plugs, and tarpaulins must be carried for emergencies.
Anti-Pollution Measures: Mariners are prohibited from dumping non-biodegradable materials and waste into waterways.
Daylight Operations Only: Night sailing is banned; operations are restricted to 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily for security and safety reasons.
Registration and ID: All boat operators must register with maritime unions and carry valid identification.
Vigilance Against Crime: Riverine residents are encouraged to report suspicious or criminal activities promptly to security agencies.
