*The campaign organization of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Oluwadare Bejide, has dismissed reports suggesting that the candidate has stepped down from the race, describing such claims as false and politically motivated.

In a statement released by the campaign’s media team, supporters of Ambassador Bejide insisted that the ADC flagbearer remains fully committed to contesting the forthcoming governorship election and continues to enjoy increasing support across the state.

The campaign argued that Bejide has emerged as a credible alternative for voters seeking a departure from the political uncertainties surrounding the state’s major parties.

According to the statement, the ADC candidate has remained focused on engaging with communities and presenting his development agenda rather than becoming entangled in political controversies.
